Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to the following region:

  • United Kingdom 🇬🇧

We do not currently offer international shipping outside the UK.

Shipping Costs

  • United Kingdom: FREE SHIPPING on all orders
  • No minimum order value required
  • Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout

Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • All jump ropes are handmade to order in our UK dispatch office
  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next business day
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched

Estimated Delivery Times

United Kingdom:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days from dispatch
  • Tracked Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24): 1–2 business days from dispatch (if selected at checkout)

Important: Delivery times are counted from the moment of dispatch, not from the order date. Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before dispatch.

Tracking Your Order

  • Standard Shipping: Tracking is not available
  • Tracked Shipping: Full tracking is available if you select Royal Mail Tracked 24 at checkout
  • Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email
  • You can track your parcel at Royal Mail Track & Trace

Delivery Address Requirements

  • Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate
  • We deliver to residential and business addresses
  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will require an additional shipping fee for re-delivery
  • Jumpoi reserves the right to cancel or refuse replacement orders where address details provided are inaccurate

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • UK Orders: Packages are considered lost only after 12 business days from dispatch
  • If you suspect your order is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at contact@jumpoi.com with your order number
  • We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary

Undelivered Packages

  • If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:
    • Incorrect address provided by customer
    • Customer unavailable for delivery
    • Customer refusal to accept delivery
  • The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs and any re-delivery fees

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • UK Orders: No additional customs duties or import taxes apply
  • All prices displayed include UK VAT where applicable

We cannot ship to:

  • PO Boxes (in some cases - please contact us to confirm)
  • Military addresses (BFPO) - please contact us to arrange
