Refund policy

We understand that an item may be unsuitable from time to time, so you're welcome to return your item back to us.

Return Costs

  • You are liable for the cost of returning your item
  • We recommend using your local postal service with a standard service
  • Please keep all proof of postage receipts in case your parcel is lost in transit
  • Please remember to mark your package as "returned goods"
  • The parcel remains the customer's responsibility until Jumpoi has confirmed that it has been received at our returns address

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the day you received your order (transit times are not included in this period)
  • All items must be returned with your order details, preferably a copy of your order invoice. Without this, we may not be able to identify you and fulfil your return request
  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All jump ropes are made-to-order. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the return conditions are not met
  • All items are inspected before any action is taken

Processing Returns

  • Once we've received your returned item at our returns address and it has been processed, you'll be contacted to confirm what action has been taken
  • Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 2 working days of approval
  • Returns can take up to 7 working days to process, so don't be alarmed if your parcel has been delivered but you haven't yet heard from us
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Before You Return

Most order issues can be resolved without needing to return an item. Since you are liable for the cost of return shipping, please get in touch with us at contact@jumpoi.com before sending your item back.

Important Notes

  • If any item(s) returned breach the terms of this policy, we reserve the right to refuse a refund
  • Due to operational costs, items that breach return conditions may not be returned to you
  • This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item:

  • Contact us immediately at contact@jumpoi.com with photos of the damage
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
  • Return shipping will be covered by us for faulty/damaged items
